On 12 December 2025, DB Tech Manikandam, in collaboration with Bishop College, successfully organized an industrial visit to Vdart, Tiruchirappalli, offering an enriching industry exposure for 33 students from the Web Developer B3 and Graphic Designer B4 batches, accompanied by four faculty members.

The visit unfolded as an engaging learning experience, immersing students in the dynamics of a professional corporate environment. Through interactive sessions with Vdart’s recruitment and content branding teams, students gained first-hand insights into current industry expectations, modern recruitment practices, and evolving career pathways in the digital domain. Key discussions focused on crafting ATS-friendly resumes, building impactful portfolios, understanding third-party payroll systems, and leveraging personal branding as a powerful career tool in today’s competitive job market.

Students actively participated in discussions, clarifying doubts and exploring how their technical and creative skills translate into real-world applications. The exposure not only enhanced their technical awareness but also broadened their understanding of workplace culture, professional communication, and industry readiness.

The visit concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, followed by a group photograph that captured the enthusiasm and inspiration drawn from the experience. This industrial visit stood as a meaningful step in bridging academic learning with industry realities, reinforcing Don Bosco Tech Society’s commitment to holistic skill development and career-focused education.
