It was a wonderful day when we met with our wonderful lecturer Miss Riya Das on 5^th aug,2020. Miss Riya is a Front Office executive in a 4 star Hotel Fort Munnar. She was there in online classroom of Don Bosco Barasat to share her experiences for the students’ benefits and ease of assumption about the future forthcoming career adventure.

She had a course of interaction with all the present students of Accenture Phase 10 Batch 3 and was very glad to spend time with all of them. She started with the most common confusion students deal with i.e. the food and environment of South India. She informed everyone that “Adjustment is the key”. She said that humans are adaptive creatures so if we keep our mind open we are bound to sustain and grow. She said when she joined though she was a trainee still from the very first she had to take on the responsibility of an actual FO executive. She said, “If you have the potential then higher authority cannot help but see it and then you will see how deserving growth you are going to encounter”.

All of the students were happy as they could connect to her due to her simple way of talking and she was able to answer all of their innocent questions. She herself was happy that once she was in that bench listening to other guest lecturers now she is the one. Students felt very motivated and Miss Riya concluded by wishing the trainees for their brighter future ahead.
