An Exposure Visit for the Digital Mitra Job Role Trainees was organized on 5th August 2026 to Pradhan Creation, Beheramal,Jharsuguda,Odisha under the guidance of Ms. Anisha Nag, Job Role Trainer. The primary objective of the visit was to provide trainees with practical exposure to the working environment of a digital service organization and to help them understand the real-world applications of the Digital Mitra job role.

Upon arrival at Pradhan Creation, the trainees and trainer were warmly welcomed by Mr. Krishna Pradhan, a team member of the organization. He greeted the trainees and introduced them to the organization, its services, and its commitment to delivering quality digital solutions to the community.

During the interactive session, Mr. Krishna Pradhan explained how the skills of a Digital Mitra are applied in the daily operations of Pradhan Creation. He discussed the various digital services provided by the organization, including online documentation, digital application processing, customer assistance, digital record management, e-Governance services, online registrations, and the use of digital platforms for efficient service delivery.

He emphasized that Digital Mitra play an important role in bridging the gap between technology and the public by helping people access various digital and government services quickly and accurately.

Mr. Krishna Pradhan also shared valuable insights into the future prospects of the Digital Mitra job role. He explained that with the rapid growth of digital transformation and government digital initiatives, trained Digital Mitras have excellent opportunities for employment in Common Service Centres (CSCs), digital service agencies, private organizations, and government-supported projects. He also encouraged trainees to explore entrepreneurship by establishing their own digital service centres and continuously upgrading their digital skills to remain competitive.

The exposure visit enabled the trainees to:

• Gain knowledge of digital service delivery and customer support.

• Explore employment and self-employment opportunities in the digital service sector.
