Batch Inauguration Report – IT Customer Care Executive, Batch 03

On 12 August 2026, Don Bosco Tech – Cox Colony Centre inaugurated Batch 03 of the IT Customer Care Executive programme under the Accenture Innovative initiative. The event marked the beginning of a new learning journey for the trainees and aimed to motivate them to develop the skills and confidence required for the modern workplace.
The programme was graced by Sr. Prabha Manjula Tete, Centre Head, Cox Colony, as the Chief Guest. In her address, she highlighted the importance of hard work, creativity, innovation, and continuous learning for career growth. She encouraged the trainees to stay focused, work with dedication, and make the best use of the training opportunity.
Mr. Sangam Sharma, Job Role Trainer, welcomed the trainees and shared information about the IT Customer Care sector and its career opportunities. He encouraged the trainees to develop good communication skills, maintain a positive attitude, improve their technical knowledge, and face workplace challenges with confidence.
An interactive session was also conducted to help the trainees understand the importance of technology and customer service skills in today’s job market. The trainees were encouraged to stay updated with new technologies, improve their professional skills, and actively participate in all training activities.
The newly enrolled trainees were warmly welcomed into the Don Bosco Tech family. Their enthusiasm and active participation reflected their interest in learning and building a better career.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Sarada Prasad Nanda, who expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the successful inauguration. He assured the trainees of the Centre's continued guidance and support throughout their training journey and encouraged them to remain disciplined, focused, and committed to their goals.
The inauguration of Batch 03 – IT Customer Care Executive marked the beginning of an important journey of learning, skill development, and career preparation.
