On July 31, 2020,  the team of Don Bosco Tech Guntur, Andhra Pradesh center organized Guest lectures for the BPO trainees online with the help of guest Ms. Uma Devi, the life skills trainer at Ongole. She has started the session with examples of alumni in her speech. 
MS. Uma Devi says that many people are not fortunate to register their names and attend classes virtually during the lockdown. But Don Bosco Tech skilling India helped youngsters to attain online sessions to upgrade their skills.
Ms.Uma Devi gave a brief definition of What is  BPO Management, F&B production, and dining are made very vivid. 
Some important topics discussed were behavior with guests, patience, serving techniques, etc. Later She has suggested a few tips which reduce the work burden. She advised the students to treat the guest with utmost care as the customer is always right in the business context. 
She has described the hierarchy levels of the BPO industry and the shortest path to achieve better positions soon. 
She motivated trainees and inspired them to stick on to their jobs by utilizing the great opportunity provided by Don Bosco Tech to get benefits directly within a short period. "
