Don Bosco Tech Society, Sulthan Bathery conducted a virtual farewell program for its trainees on January 5, 2022. It was a significant day of their life; the end of student life and the beginning of the next phase in life.
Participants’ number was overwhelming. They were around sixty trainees in the program, comprising three batches of trainees; Electrician Domestic Solutions and Auto Body Technician and Mechanics.
The entire program went as per the plan. It began with a prayer led by Mrs. Vinod P (Trainee, Electrician Domestic Solutions), who welcomed everyone. The event was conducted with the presence of Juby M T (State Coordinator, Kerala), Br. Philip (Principal), and center trainers, such as Mr. Sunil Paul, Mr. Anil Kumar, Mrs. Jincy P A, and Mr. Vinod. To encourage the trainees, the principal cited the significance of an employed member in a family saying, “There is a need for financial security in everyone's life.” He added, “This ensures financial independence in one's life.” The state coordinator elucidated the importance of the job and current situation of employment in kerala. Mr. Paul spoke about the professional behavior expected in a company in addition to solving problems in a new situation.
The session was highly informative. At the end of the program, students raised their which were clarified, eventually. It followed a proposed vote of thanks by Mr. Anil Kumar (Trainee, Mechanic).
