On 7 June 2022 the exposure visit at Kesariya Mall in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, was a valuable experience for the CRM Batch-41 trainees from Don Bosco Tech Society. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in the field of customer relationship management (CRM).
