On August 24th, 2023, at Don Bosco Tech Society Gulbarga (PYaR), we organized an engaging Quiz competition for our CRM Domestic Non-Voice Trainees. The focus of the quiz was on "Terms and Terminologies Used in CRM," designed to enhance their understanding and proficiency in the domain. It was heartening to witness each trainee, grouped according to their respective teams, actively participating with enthusiasm and dedication.

Throughout the competition, the trainees showcased their comprehensive knowledge of CRM terms and demonstrated a deep engagement with the subject matter. Their active involvement not only reflected their commitment to learning but also highlighted their eagerness to excel in their chosen field.

The Quiz competition served as a platform for our trainees to apply their theoretical knowledge practically, fostering a dynamic learning environment. It was encouraging to see many of them displaying exceptional participation, contributing to the overall success and vibrancy of the event.
