Under the gracious guidance of Mr. Sangmesh, the esteemed HR of Big Bazaar, our entourage delved into the intricate world of retail dynamics. From the rapid turnover of products to the art of customer persuasion, Mr. Sangmesh illuminated every corner with his expertise. Trainees were enthralled as they absorbed insights on product differentiation, customer engagement tactics, and the meticulous management of inventory, including the intriguing fate of expired goods.
