On December 23, 2019, we hosted a significant and insightful Parent-Teacher Meeting, inviting all parents to discuss their children's progress and placement opportunities. This gathering was attended by the entire faculty and the center incharge, making it a comprehensive and informative session.
The meeting commenced with an introduction to Don Bosco Tech, highlighting our vision and mission. Through an engaging slideshow, we showcased the progress of each student over the past three months, illustrating their involvement in various activities and milestones achieved. This visual presentation provided a clear and tangible sense of growth and development, setting a positive tone for the discussions that followed.
Addressing common parental concerns, we provided detailed information about the placement process, including offer letters and salary packages. We understood that many parents were anxious about their children's safety and logistics when relocating for jobs in different states. To alleviate these concerns, we explained our policies, working methods, and the support systems in place, including the option for a guardian to accompany their child if desired.
The interactive nature of the meeting allowed parents to voice their concerns and ask questions. We welcomed this dialogue, ensuring that all queries were addressed comprehensively. Parents were reassured about the movement and escort arrangements, highlighting our commitment to their children's well-being and success.
Towards the end of the meeting, we extended an invitation for new admissions, encouraging parents to recommend candidates who could benefit from our programs. The positive feedback from parents was overwhelming, with many expressing satisfaction and happiness with their children's progress and the opportunities ahead.
As we concluded the meeting, parents signed consent papers for their children's migration, marking a pivotal step in their journey towards new career prospects. With this, we wrapped up a productive and insightful day, filled with new knowledge and a strengthened sense of community and support.
