Initially, we start our classes with induction classes. In these classes we try to know each of them, we started with the ice-breaking session followed by a name game to familiarize each other. We took different sessions like - teamwork, workplace readiness, positive thinking, cleanliness, and hygiene these are the topic we took in turn. After every session, we had some energizers. Apart from those topics, we tried to motivate them for a better future.
We briefed them about the DB Tech its vision and mission. We also told them the rules and the regulation of our institute. Both the domain were introduced and clarified about the domains they are enrolled in and their duties after the training. We also told them about the expected salary that they would be getting initially on placement with the completion of the 6 days of induction, we are hoping for a very good bath this time. All of them have understood the different domains and the rules and the regulation of the institute. We were also able to make them understand the GDA which is one of the big misunderstandings initially. So let’s hope for the best.
