On 10th November 2025, Don Bosco Tech, Kalyani, hosted an inspiring guest lecture for students of Batch 4 and 5 under the domains of Kitchen Trainee and Guest Service Associate. The session aimed to provide students with a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry, offering practical insights from professionals who have successfully navigated the challenges of this dynamic field.

The lecture was led by Mr. Pritam Mazumdar and Mr. Pribish Mazumdar, distinguished alumni of Don Bosco Tech, Bandel, who completed the same course in 2015. Sharing candidly about their professional journeys, they recounted the trials, challenges, and pivotal moments that shaped their careers. Both speakers highlighted how vocational training at Don Bosco Tech played a transformative role in their lives, helping them overcome personal struggles and concerns from their families about their associations and behavior. Today, they stand as exemplars of success, serving as a Hotel Manager and a Bartender, demonstrating the power of dedication and skill development.
