A guest lecture was organized for the students of Don Bosco Tech, Kalyani, for the currently running batches: B1 – Kitchen Trainee . The objective of the session was to provide students with practical insights into the hospitality industry and help them understand the professional skills required to build a successful career in this field.

For this session, we invited Mr. Mondal as the guest speaker. He possesses more than five years of professional experience in the hospitality industry and has worked in various operational areas of hotel and restaurant management. During the lecture, he shared his valuable experiences, professional journey, and practical knowledge gained throughout his career.

Mr. Mondal has a special interest and expertise in Tandoor operations, where he has developed significant skills and hands-on experience. He explained the importance of maintaining quality, consistency, hygiene, and efficiency while working in the kitchen. He also discussed the techniques involved in tandoor preparation and highlighted the dedication and discipline required to excel in culinary operations.
