On 4th July, the students went on an industrial visit to Landmark Hotel. The purpose of the visit was to learn about the daily operations of a hotel and understand how the hospitality industry works.

When we arrived, the hotel staff welcomed us and gave us a brief introduction to the hotel. We visited different departments, including the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service, and Banquet Hall. The staff explained the duties and responsibilities of each department and showed how they work together to provide good service to guests.

Students learned about the importance of cleanliness, hygiene, teamwork, discipline, and customer satisfaction. The kitchen staff explained how food is prepared safely and hygienically, while the housekeeping department demonstrated how guest rooms are cleaned and maintained. We also observed how the front office manages guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

The visit was very informative and enjoyable. It gave students practical knowledge that complemented what they have learned in the classroom. They gained a better understanding of hotel management and the skills required to work in the hospitality industry.

Overall, the industrial visit to Landmark Hotel was a valuable learning experience. We are thankful to the hotel management and staff for their warm hospitality, guidance, and the opportunity to learn about the professional working environment of a hotel.
