In celebration of APJ Abdul Kalam Day, a Poster Making Competition was organized at Don Bosco Tech Vaduthala on 16th October 2025. The event aimed to honor the memory of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the “Missile Man of India,” and to inspire students to reflect on his vision for a technologically advanced yet humane India.

The theme for the competition was “Technology + Humanity = India 2025.” Students were divided into two groups, and each group creatively expressed their ideas through vibrant and thought-provoking posters. The participants skillfully blended elements of science, innovation, compassion, and unity in their artwork, portraying how technology can serve humanity for the nation’s progress.

The activity encouraged teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking among the students. It also helped them understand the importance of balancing technological advancement with human values — a message deeply rooted in Dr. Kalam’s philosophy.

The competition concluded with a short reflection session, where students shared their thoughts on how they envision India’s growth guided by technology and empathy. The event was both educational and inspiring, leaving everyone motivated to contribute toward a better and more compassionate India.
