Don Bosco Tech Vaduthala successfully conducted a Mock Interview Programme for the students of the AI Data Quality Analyst and Cloud Application Developer courses. The programme was organized to prepare students for upcoming placement interviews by providing them with a real interview experience and helping them improve their technical knowledge, communication skills, confidence, and professional etiquette.

The interview process included resume screening, self-introduction, HR interview, technical interview based on the students' respective courses, and an assessment of communication skills, problem-solving ability, confidence, and overall professional presentation.
The panel members interacted individually with each student, evaluating their technical competencies, communication skills, body language, and interview readiness. Constructive feedback was provided to every participant, highlighting their strengths and identifying areas that require further improvement. Students were also guided on resume presentation, answering HR questions confidently, and maintaining professionalism during interviews.
The programme proved to be highly beneficial, enabling students to experience the atmosphere of a real job interview while enhancing their confidence and employability skills. It also helped them identify the areas they need to strengthen before attending campus placements and recruitment drives.
