A Parents–Teacher Meeting (PTM) for the students of the AI Data Quality Analyst course was conducted at Don Bosco Tech Society, Vaduthala, on 18 May 2026. The meeting witnessed the active participation of students along with their parents, providing a valuable platform for interaction and discussion regarding the training program, student progress, and future career opportunities.
The session was coordinated by Ms. Meeshma Jose, Domain Trainer and Centre Coordinator, who welcomed the participants and highlighted the objectives of the meeting. She provided an overview of the AI Data Quality Analyst course, its curriculum, training methodology, assessment process, and the importance of regular attendance and active participation in classroom activities. She also emphasized the role of parents in supporting students throughout their training journey.
Mr. Krishnakumar, Kerala State MIS, addressed the gathering and explained the mission and vision of Don Bosco Tech Society. He shared information about the organization’s commitment to empowering youth through skill development, employability training, and placement support. He also discussed the importance of skill-based education in today’s competitive job market.
Ms. Fathima Safar, Communicative English Trainer, spoke about the significance of communication skills, personality development, and workplace readiness. She encouraged students to actively participate in language and soft-skill training sessions to improve their confidence and employability.
Mr. Anandhu Sajeevan, Field Officer, interacted with the parents and explained various student support activities, attendance monitoring, and the importance of maintaining discipline and commitment throughout the course duration.
Mr. Joemon Jaison, Cloud Application Developer Trainer, shared insights into emerging technology careers and the growing opportunities available in the IT sector. He motivated students to continuously learn and upgrade their technical skills.
The meeting concluded with an interactive discussion session where parents shared their feedback and clarified their queries. The PTM was successful in strengthening the partnership between parents, students, and the training team, ensuring better support for student development and career success.
