IGNITE 2026, the student project showcase event at Don Bosco Tech Vaduthala, was successfully held on 29/01/2026, offering a compelling glimpse into the technical depth, creativity, and industry readiness of students from the AI Data Quality Analyst and Cloud Application Developer programmes.

The event emerged as a vibrant platform where students unveiled their individually conceptualized and developed websites and web applications, created as part of their intensive course curriculum. A total of 15 projects were showcased, each addressing real-world needs through thoughtful design, effective data handling, and modern cloud-based deployment practices. The exhibits reflected not just technical proficiency, but also problem-solving ability, innovation, and an understanding of how technology can be applied meaningfully in real-life contexts.

IGNITE 2026 was formally inaugurated by Ms. Jismi Gerald, Councillor, Cochin Corporation. In her address, she lauded the students for their initiative and Don Bosco Tech Vaduthala for fostering a culture of hands-on, skill-oriented learning. She encouraged the young innovators to continue exploring technology as a powerful tool for social impact and sustainable development.
