Don Bosco Tech, Vaduthala, organized a guest lecture on 25 July 2026 on the topic Website Development for the students of the Cloud Application Developer and AI Data Quality Analyst batches. The session was led by Brototype trainee, who shared practical knowledge and industry insights on modern web development practices. 

Objectives 

The objectives of the guest lecture were: 

  • To introduce students to the fundamentals and modern practices of website development. 

  • To familiarize students with current web development technologies and frameworks. 

  • To provide exposure to industry standards and real-world web development workflows. 

  • To encourage students to develop practical skills required for careers in web development and software engineering. 

Session Highlights 

The session covered the complete process of website development, starting from planning and designing web pages to developing responsive and user-friendly websites. The resource persons explained the roles of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in building modern websites and discussed the importance of responsive design, user experience (UX), and website performance. 

Students were introduced to best coding practices, version control concepts, and the importance of creating clean, maintainable code. The Brototype trainees also demonstrated the development of a sample website, showcasing how front-end technologies work together to create dynamic and interactive web applications. 

The session was highly interactive, allowing students to clarify their doubts and gain valuable insights into industry expectations, project development, and career opportunities in web development. 

Outcome 

The guest lecture significantly enhanced the students' understanding of website development concepts and current industry practices. The practical demonstrations and interactive discussions motivated students to strengthen their technical skills and apply their knowledge in real-world projects.
