Don Bosco Tech-Lingarjapuram has organized a "placement orientation “ on 03 August 2020 through the Google Meet application. Mr. Henry Joseph (Karnataka, State coordinator), Ms. Nithya Rebello (Karnataka state MIS & Finance coordinator), the center team, and 14 trainees participated in the program. The program started at 10: 30 AM and was a warm welcome by Ms. Lesilen Jose (Trainer-Sales Associate).

Ms. Nithya Rebello addressed the trainees. She gave the best greetings to trainees for their training. She explained the purpose of placement orientation. The main purpose of the placement orientation is to provide a better understanding of employment for a better career.

Mr. Henry Joseph addressed the meeting and spoke about workplace readiness. He started the session with a question about what is the purpose of education and received an answer from the trainees. He gave an orientation about employability skills, body language, workplace ethics through the PPT (PowerPoint Presentation). It was an interactive session with trainees. Through the session, he mentioned communication, body language, attitude, and email and interview etiquette. He eventually suggested trainees stay active and work well for the future and wish them a bright future with a good career.

The program went well with the active participation of the trainees and concluded at 1:00 PM with a formal vote of thanks by Ms. Lesilen Jose.
