On August 15, 2020, amidst the virtual embrace of technology via Google Meet, Don Bosco Tech Lingarajapuram reverberated with patriotic fervor as it commemorated the 74th Independence Day. Spearheaded by Ms. Lesilen Jose, the esteemed trainer of sales associates, the event was graced by the presence of Mr. Henry Joseph, Karnataka State Coordinator, who adorned the occasion as the chief guest.

The ceremonious affair commenced with a poignant rendition of "Vande Mataram," serving as a poignant reminder of the significance of unfurling our national flag. Following this, Mr. Henry Joseph, in his impassioned address, delved into the annals of history, recounting the valiant struggles and sacrifices of our freedom fighters. He underscored the essence of unity and collective responsibility, urging the youth to embrace their roles as custodians of our nation's integrity.

In a captivating interlude, a short film titled "Happy Independence Day" by Shreyas Media was screened, encapsulating the essence of patriotism and the pivotal role of the youth in safeguarding our nation's prosperity and tranquility.

The stage then welcomed Ms. Nisha Rebellow, a trainee, whose stirring speech paid homage to the indomitable spirit of our martyrs and emphasized the solemn duty of the youth towards upholding the legacy of freedom.
