To provide extra effective skills to the department of Electrical domain trainees, Don Bosco Tech Gagillapuram, Telangana center has arranged a Virtual guest lecture about the topic of “Comparison between India and Abroad For Electrical Career” on 20th July 2021. Mr. Tirupathi Mothe who is an Electrical engineer in Qatar invited as a guest lecturer through the online session. He is a well-experienced person in the electrical field to guides many electrical employers in the field to show them employment. Mr. Tirupathi introduced himself to the students and made the students be comfortable and feel free and made them keep on interest by showing the areas of electrical equipment in Qatar. He explained very clearly the career in the Electrical field and growth. He focused to give a lecture on these below two points. Importance of fundamentals.The difference between abroad & Indian career in Electrical field. He explained the basics of electrical fundamentals and how to use the electronic equipment properly to work with them. Using the equipment will help them to be perfect in house wiring.

He said, " It's very important that you take a lot of care while installing electrical wires and cables in house wiring. When the wiring is not done properly or is not maintained well, it may lead to dangerous situations such as electrical fires. If you learn perfectly, how to install the wires and cable in a house wiring process, even you can start your own business like Residential and Commercial projects by showing your skills to the tendering department".He also encouraged the students to go for given placements, even the starting salary is less. It's not for the salary purpose but it is for the work experience because when we get the best experience we can get the better opportunities to grow up to the best positions. Once we have good experience in electrical we will be paid with good salary. No matter how the economy is doing, people will always need electricians. This means you can rest easy knowing, you will have job security and that your skills set will always be valuable wherever you go, if you have the skills in the Electrical department.

This career requires strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think on your feet. If you become an electrician you will be respected and establish yourself as an export in your work. He also appreciated our institute for giving the best opportunities to the unemployed youth for empowering their Skills. Finally, he suggested trainees be patient while working in this field to follow the precautions to work properly. This session became very useful for the trainees to get effective skills in the electrical field. Trainees felt happy about the virtual guest lecture and expressed their gratitude to the center management for conducting events like these to enhance their skills.
