To expose and to know the real value of skills to the youngsters, Don Tech Centers located in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana celebrated World Youth Skills Day (WYSD) on July 15, 2019. Don Bosco Tech Centers in these states celebrated the day with different activities at the center level.

The centre team at Don Bosco Tech (Gagillapuram) organized drawing and debate competition for Electrical domain. Fr. Sudhakar (Province In-charge, Don Bosco Tech) also joined the trainees in the celebration. He encouraged all trainees with his motivational speech and said, “The world is looking at the people, who are acquired many market-driven skills. We say that adults are not empty vessels. They are always eager to learn and prosper. As we know that India is becoming world skills capital in coming years. So if we are ready with our skills we can earn a sustainable livelihood in our lives.” The event concluded with vote of thanks by the trainer of Don Bosco Tech.
