Activities on Life skills (CCE-2)

On December 10th, we hosted an engaging and dynamic life skills activity called “Passing the Ball,” which sparked enthusiasm and creativity among all our trainees. The event began with a simple yet intriguing premise: a ball was passed around as music played in the background. When the music stopped, the individual holding the ball stepped forward to take on a challenge assigned by the group. These challenges ranged from lighthearted tasks to imaginative prompts, ensuring an unpredictable and lively experience for everyone.
What set this activity apart was its profound focus on overcoming stage fright and fostering confidence in a supportive atmosphere. By asking participants to perform impromptu tasks, it encouraged them to embrace the unexpected, think on their feet, and face an audience without prior preparation. The thrill of the unknown, paired with the collaborative energy of the group, created an environment where personal growth felt not only achievable but exciting.
The spontaneity of the game brought moments of laughter, encouragement, and camaraderie, turning a simple activity into a transformative learning experience. Trainees not only learned to conquer their fears of public speaking but also sharpened their problem-solving and presentation skills. The shared excitement of facing challenges together strengthened their bond as a team, while the empowering realization of their own abilities left a lasting impression.
This memorable event went beyond entertainment—it became a platform for self-discovery and empowerment. For our trainees, “Passing the Ball” was more than just a game; it was an inspiring step toward becoming confident, adaptable, and courageous individuals. It’s an experience that will undoubtedly stay with them as they continue their journey of personal and professional growth.
