Don Bosco Tech, Hassan organized the first exposure visit for the trainees of Trainee Associate domain on October 25, 2019, under the guidance of Fr. Dominic Savio (The Center in-charge), Mr. Ranjan (Trainer, Retail Sales), and Mrs. Shailaja (Trainer, CE & ITES). The trainees had been to Milk Dairy, located in Hassan.

Mrs. Padmavathi (Guide) welcomed them one and all and explained to them the discipline, rules of the organization, and its history.  She also shared her insights on discipline, job responsibilities, dressing sense, punctuality, and work timings.

While the trainees were on visit she also explained to them the nature of work and the responsibilities if the trainees express their interest to work.  It was a day of understanding the concept, the protocols on which the organization is based, etc. Trainees were made aware of the issues, strategies, approaches, and perspectives of the organization at Milk Dairy. They also got to know about the achievements and challenges of the unit.

Trainers collected some job leads as some trainees showed interest to work there. The learning and growing visit came to an end with group photos. Trainees were seen coming out of the spot happily. Both the trainers and trainees expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Milk Dairy and  Fr. Dominic Savio for his valuable support.
