Learning is better when more senses are involved. When things are heard and seen, sooner or later, remain in the memory for a lifetime. We, at Don Bosco Tech Training centers, create this ambient where the students get to learn through hands, see-through eyes. Retail Management Trainees had been to Shastha Bazar in Hassan on August 30, 2019, accompanied by Mr. Ranjan (Trainer, Retail Sales) and Ms. Shailaja (Trainer, CE & ITeS) to understand what the Retail Sales are all about. 
Trainees were guided by Ms.Vedavathi (HR, Shastha Bazar) who informed the trainees about the discipline and rules of the organization before visiting its various departments.
As the HR explained about the job roles, she also described the genesis of it.

HR, not just took them through their organization but also asked them if they are interested to join them by explaining to them the type of work that they will be required to do and the responsibilities at the workplace.
It took their entire day in the organization but they have understood the issues, strategies, approach and perspective, achievements, and challenges of Shastha Bazar. As these trainees left the premises, they thanked the HR for her patience and dedication to understand them to explain every bit about Shastha Bazar.
