Industrial Visit Report to Hotel Hambi
On 20th May 2026, an industrial visit was organized to Hotel Hambi for the Food and Beverage trainees of Don Bosco Tech, second batch. A total of 24 trainees along with 5 staff members participated in the visit.
The exposure and experience gained through the visit were truly valuable and enriching for all the trainees. The Manager of the hotel warmly welcomed us and patiently explained the guest handling procedures and customer service practices followed in the hospitality industry. The trainees were also taken around the hotel premises, where they were shown the guest rooms and various departments of the hotel.
The housekeeping staff clearly demonstrated the bed-making process and explained the standards maintained in housekeeping services. The trainees found the session highly informative and practical, as it helped them understand real workplace procedures and hospitality standards.
After the sessions, tea was served to all the trainees and staff members. At the end of the visit, one of our trainees delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks expressing gratitude to the Manager and the hotel staff for their warm hospitality, guidance, and support throughout the visit.
Finally, group photographs were taken with the hotel staff as a memory of the wonderful experience, and everyone dispersed happily.
The industrial visit proved to be highly beneficial for the trainees as it provided practical exposure and enhanced their understanding of the hospitality industry.
