For the purpose of magnifying the skills and enlarging the extra knowledge in the Automobile industry, Don Bosco Tech Ongole, Andhra Pradesh centre conducted a guest lecture for trainees under Accenture Phase _11 on 12th March 2021 at the centre. The centre management invited Mr Shaik Baji as a Guest lecturer to the centre to boost up the trainees. He is working as an Assistant Service Manager in Tata Motors. He has two years of experience in the Automobile Service sector. He came up with a contentable heart to the centre to share his experience with the trainees.

A brief explanation was shared with the students. The entire motivational talk is about the set of dreams to achieve the levels in the Automobile service sector. The motivation was completely focused on hard work in Automobile Industry. The trainees should be prepared before entering the field. The guest prepared the trainees to encounter the risky situations they are going to be confronted in the Automobile Sector.

The guest said, "Believe in yourself, dream out of the box,  continue to work hard to reach your goal ".  With these above motivational words, he covered many topics like hard work, risk-taking, positive thinking, responsibility to take service initially, avoiding laziness in the work area, self-confidence,  and proper way of receiving customers in the Automobile Industry.

During this session, we got to know more about personality development and career guidance. Guest words helped the trainees to set a goal and how to analyze the goal. He describes positive thinking of life, being strong in difficult situations at the workplace. These words are effectively touched by trainees.

Mr. Shaik Baji was very happy to give lecture to the trainees, given more appreciations to the trainees to be as a good citizen by working without sitting at home. Lastly he given some time to the trainees to ask doubts anything related to automobile work shop service. He clarified all of the doubts whatever came out from the trainees by using technology in Automobile service sector.  Trainees have motivated to be strong at their workplace. The session was really useful to the trainees to stick at their workplace.
