The basic difference between these two categories of restaurants they learned was that it is opened to cater to the needs of the guest from breakfast, lunch to dinner in All Day Dining Restaurants. And the Specialty Restaurants has several different types of cuisines; regional, Indian, Chinese, continental, etc.
