Don Bosco Tech Society, Ongole, organized a guest lecture for the automobile trainees under Accenture Phase _10 on October 23, 2019, at the center. The management had invited Mr. Ram Prasad (Senior Technician, Hyundai Motors) to brief these trainees. He helped the trainees go deeper into the automobile industry besides building their self-confidence.

During the interaction, Mr. Prasad talked about setting the goal to get into the automobile industry high and working towards it. He also spoke about the risk factor involved in the workplace said, “Safety is at your hand. There will be a risk, however, safeguard it.”

The resource person while helping the trainees boost confidence said, "Belief in self. Think out of the box, and continue to work hard until you reach your goal." During this session, he covered several topics; hard work, risk-taking, positive thinking, responsibility, etc. He also advised them not to be lazy in the work-place, be confident, and be polite in dealing with the customers.

Mr. Prasad was very happy to interact with the trainees. Towards the end of his talk, he gave them the time to raise their doubts and ask some relevant questions. He clarified all their concerns and doubts they had in mind before winding up the session.

The trainees thanked him for the thoughts and insights given to them.
