On March 23, 2023, the department organized an insightful and captivating industrial visit to Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India in Ongole for 25 students undergoing Domestic Data Entry Operator (DEO) training. The visit was led by Ms. Krishnaveeni, the Human Resource Manager, who began with an engaging briefing on the company's rich history, impressive production capacity, intricate marketing strategies, substantial market share, vibrant work culture, commendable corporate social responsibility initiatives, and ambitious future expansion plans.
As the visit progressed, the students were divided into three groups for a detailed tour of the production area. This segment was nothing short of mesmerizing as the students observed the fascinating transformation of raw materials into final products. Walking through the assembly line, they gained a profound understanding of the intricate production processes and saw how management principles are seamlessly integrated into the organization's daily operations.
The experience extended beyond mere observation of machines and processes; it was about grasping the essence of teamwork and collaboration. The students absorbed invaluable lessons on the importance of coordinated efforts in a business setting, acquiring a holistic view of a dynamic and thriving business environment.
