Don Bosco Tech Society of Ongole organized an Online Parents Trainers Meeting for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and DEO (Data Entry Operator) on 15/05/2022. The primary aim was to create a unified platform where trainers and parents could collaboratively discuss students' progress and enhance their overall learning journey. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the meeting seamlessly transitioned to a digital platform like Google Meet, with approximately 40 parents actively participating in the inaugural PTM.

During the meeting, parents were acquainted with the institute's regulations and teaching methodologies, emphasizing the holistic welfare of students. They were encouraged to recognize and applaud their children's engagement in the program's activities over the preceding three months. The PTM culminated with the consensus that students' advancement hinges on the collective efforts of both parents and trainers.

Several parents voiced concerns regarding network issues and connectivity disruptions during online classes, which occasionally led to their children missing out on important topics. They were assured that students could reach out to their respective trainers for clarifications and utilize the provided study materials to reinforce their understanding of covered subjects.

Overall, the parental response was overwhelmingly positive and supportive, expressing deep appreciation for the Management, our esteemed Head of the Centre Manager, Fr. Sleeva Raj, and the dedicated trainers. They acknowledged the trainers' unwavering commitment to providing continuous guidance to their children and praised the array of activities and competitions that enrich their children's learning experiences, even amidst challenging circumstances.

The commendations received are attributed to the invaluable leadership and guidance of our esteemed Centre Head, who continues to inspire and guide us towards achieving excellence. We express heartfelt gratitude for his consistent support and mentorship.
