Building Strong Bonds: Don Bosco Tech Society's Collaborative Approach in Parent-Teacher Engagement"
04 Mar 2024
On March 4, 2024, which coincided with the leap day, Don Bosco Tech Ongole branch organized a Parents & Teachers meeting with the parents of C.C.E (Non Voice) Trainees. This recent Parents and Teachers Meeting (PTM) was a fruitful and collaborative endeavor, fostering a strong bond of open communication between our dedicated educators and the supportive parents. The discussions held during this session were engaging and insightful, focusing on the remarkable progress of our trainees, celebrating their achievements, and identifying areas for further growth and development.
Our esteemed teachers shared valuable insights into each trainee's behavior, discipline, and active participation in extracurricular activities. The parents, in turn, actively contributed their perspectives, providing a comprehensive understanding of their children's overall development journey. Together, through meaningful dialogue and shared goals, both parties collaboratively discussed specific strategies for improvement and highlighted areas where additional support and guidance could be beneficial.
This meeting served as a powerful platform to strengthen the coordination and partnership between parents, teachers, and students. It reinforced the importance of a unified effort in nurturing our students' growth and success. We are delighted to note that all parents expressed eagerness and confidence in the placement prospects for their children, reflecting the trust and belief they have in Don Bosco Tech's holistic approach to education and skill development.
