Don Bosco Tech Society CRM students were honored to host Mrs. Bhanu, the esteemed Manager of CMR Shopping Mall, for a guest lecture on the pivotal role of Customer Care Executives (Non-Voice) on March 6th, 2024. With her extensive experience in managing one of the region's most prominent shopping destinations, Mrs. Bhanu brought invaluable insights and practical examples to our students.
