Don Bosco Tech Society Janvikas Palda recently hosted an engaging and insightful 'Guest Lecture' for our Customer Care Executive (CCE) Domestic Non-Voice trainees on May 15, 2024. The session featured the esteemed Mr. Gaurav Rana from Telli Mart Indore, who provided invaluable insights into the Interview Process and Working Method of a Customer Care Executive. 

Mr. Rana shared essential guidance on crafting a professional CCE resume, honing customer service skills, and tackling common interview questions. He emphasized the importance of confidence, dedication, and maintaining a professional demeanor during interviews. He encouraged trainees to view rejection as a stepping stone to growth, fostering a resilient mindset.

The discussion included practical tips such as maintaining professional body language, dressing appropriately, and thorough preparation for any professional encounter. Mr. Rana highlighted the significance of effective communication using the 'sandwich policy'—a tactful method of delivering feedback. He also delved into the technical aspects of the CCE role, ensuring that trainees grasped the intricacies of their future profession.

The interactive session concluded with Mr. Rana addressing queries and motivating the trainees to stay focused on their training and future endeavors. This event left our trainees inspired and enriched with newfound knowledge to excel in their careers.
