On 18 December 2025, Don Bosco Tech – Mohanlalganj, Lucknow Training Centre hosted a comprehensive Project Review Meeting for the Accenture Hospitality Project (2025–26), marking an important milestone in the project’s ongoing journey. The review brought together leadership, project teams, and centre representatives to reflect on progress, reinforce quality standards, and chart a stronger path forward for both the Lucknow and Kanpur centres.

The review meeting was chaired by Fr. Noble KK, Assistant Director – Don Bosco Tech, whose presence and guidance added depth and clarity to the discussions. He was joined by Br. Praful, Centre Incharge – DB Tech Lucknow (DBTI), Mr. Pardeep Jindal, Project Manager – Don Bosco Tech, Mr. Wakaish Alam, State Project Head – Don Bosco Tech, and Mr. Jerry Josh Milan Toppo, State Placement & MIS Head – Don Bosco Tech. Together, the leadership team ensured a holistic review covering training quality, documentation, compliance, and placement outcomes.

Representing the centres, Mr. Shubham Shukla led the team from Don Bosco Tech Lucknow, while Mr. Indrajeet Tiwari, along with his team, represented Don Bosco Tech Kanpur. Both teams actively participated in the review process, sharing insights, achievements, and operational learnings from their respective centres.

The core objective of the meeting was to assess the overall project implementation, evaluate progress against set benchmarks, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. A detailed review revealed that all documentation requirements across both centres were meticulously completed and aligned with the prescribed standards, reflecting strong administrative discipline and operational preparedness.

During the interaction, Fr. Noble KK emphasized that accurate documentation, quality-driven training delivery, and meaningful placement outcomes form the foundation of a successful training centre. His guidance reinforced the importance of sustaining these pillars while continuously striving to enhance learner experience and employability outcomes in the hospitality sector.

The meeting concluded on a highly positive note, with clear direction and renewed motivation for the centre teams. The constructive dialogue, combined with strategic inputs from the leadership, provided a strong framework for strengthening centre performance and ensuring impactful project execution in the months ahead.
