The Common Guest lecture was held on 15/12/2020 for the automobile trainees of Don BoscoTech Rangajan centre. Mr. Debakor Gosai was the resource person for the session.

He started the session with an introduction with the students and spoke about nature and different type of jobs. Secondly, he shared how to find a job. Mr.Gosai stated, "If a person is passionate about his goal, he will definitely achieve it, no matter how hard or how long it takes." He also expresses the challenges the trainees will face when they will start their career. To focus on their specific goals, they will have to go through various steps with proper plans and how to execute them. He also gave a glimpse of the goal setting for the future to be successful, and to not waste time. He further said "every individual need to learn about himself and harness their own potentials through hard work, determination and by learning."

He expressed his life experience and shared how he started his career. He was happy to interact with the trainees of Don Bosco Tech, Rangajan. All the trainees interacted with him without any hesitation. In the end, all the trainees thanked him for his valuable session. The trainees got inspired with the motivational talk of Debakor Gosai.
