BORGOS, a name derived from "Big Banyan Tree," was established on November 30, 2023, and stands as a testament to exquisite hospitality with its 64 rooms and a team of 67 dedicated staff members, all under the astute management of Sir Ramesh Saikia. The trainees were warmly welcomed and guided by industry experts, including Sir Dipankar Sangma, the seasoned F&B Manager, Madam Jasmine, the Front Desk Manager exuding grace and efficiency, and Sir Jun Dutta, the meticulous Housekeeping Manager ensuring every corner shines with perfection. The journey commenced with a gracious welcome from Sir Dipankar, who not only greeted the group but also opened the doors to a realm of relaxation and rejuvenation at the 'Jasmine Spa.' Here, the trainees were introduced to a spectrum of spa packages ranging from pedicures to therapeutic treatments, setting the tone for an indulgent experience. The tour continued to a delightful banquet area adjacent to a sparkling swimming pool, where Madam Jasmine elaborated on event organization and the exclusive privileges for resort members.
As the trainees ventured into 'The Buffalo Gym,' named so for its robust fitness offerings, they were guided through various membership packages and fitness regimes by the knowledgeable gym instructor.
