The first virtual Induction program for the Rangajan center started on 03 June 2020 to 08 June 2020 for Accenture phase 10 candidates for Auto Service technician and Assistant electrician. Name of the trainers who took the session during induction was Pankaj Hazarika, Bikram Kalita, Basil Barla.
On the first day of induction, Mr. Pankaj Hajarika welcomed all trainees and introduced himself and about Don Bosco Tech staff of Rangajan center. He also spoke about the different domains offered at Don Bosco Tech Rangajan. He then handed the session to Mr. Bikram Kalita who spoke about the history of Don Bosco Tech and the success stories of students trained in Don Bosco Tech, Rangajan. The last session of the day was facilitated by Mr. Basil Barla on self-introduction. The trainee got a chance to introduce themselves.
The topics covered during a weeklong induction were Perception and Values, Goal Setting, Motivation, Time, Management, Money Management, Basic etiquettes and manners, Teamwork, Grooming, and Personal hygiene, Body language, the importance of saying ‘No’, work culture in the corporate world, Safety at workplace, handling emotions and Rules and Regulation of Don Bosco Tech training center.
On the last day of induction, Bikram and Basil counseled the trainees and allotted their domains.
The online induction program helped trainees to learn more about themselves.
Sagar Didi trainee of Auto Service Technician said “I am very happy for attending the induction program as I got to learned many new topics which are useful for me.”
 Mr. Paul Surin trainee of the electrician domain said “it was very interesting to learn about grooming, body language and manners and work culture, etc as these topics are new to me and I found it very useful.”
