Don Bosco Tech (DB Tech) Nalagarh Team arranged a guest lecture for the betterment of trainees of sales associate domains. The objective was to motivate trainees to improve their skills through this vocational course which will help them build their careers.


The guest lecture was conducted on July 14, 2022, to the trainees of the Sales Associate domain for their betterment. Mr. Lal Chand Thakur-Center Coordinator & Avnish Koundal, Trainer- Sales Associate welcomed Ms. Pallvi Rana, Sales Manager - Win Cure Pharma, Baddi, and introduced her to the trainees. Ms. Pallvi Rana gave lectures on sales promotion, Marketing, and motivation.


In her lecture, she briefed approximately fundamental strategies for sales promotion, purchaser motivation, sales force communication and motivations and techniques of income advertising, and so forth. Ms. Pallvi Rana informed the trainees about different styles of income promotions like rate discounts, store coupons, unfastened items, sweepstakes, reductions, rebates and bundled promotions, and so on. She also included usual change advertising objectives, Salesforce communications, and client motivation in her lecture.


Mr. Lal Chand Thakur, Avnish Koundal, and trainees thanked Ms. Pallvi Rana for her helpful lecture. All the trainees gained various statistics about sales promotion and Marketing. This lecture was very informative and beneficial for the trainees and they were determined and influenced.
