Don Bosco Tech Society, Nalagarh organized a guest lecture for the trainees of the Sales Associate domain on February 13, 2020, with Mr. Ankur Prashar (Trainer, Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam). Customer satisfaction was the key point of the session.

Mr. Prashar first introduced himself to the trainees and expressed his pleasure to be invited to brief them. Soon after that he commenced with the fundamentals of the Retail Sales sector and defined the role of a salesperson with customers. In this regard, Mr. Prashar mentioned interpersonal communication skills and the knack of convincing customers as the key to a successful sales associate.

Mr. Prashar mentioned the trainees about their career growth as well. He defined a few recommendations to boom the retail sector; as a sales associate we should be knowing the product well, profit information with market updates, traits, and hold consistent with the customer. He also told the trainees that they need to tell the buyer approximately unique promotions, cut-price offers, satisfactory track of selling skills and techniques, and preserve all accurate sales facts.

The session winded up with thanking the resource person for a facts-filled interaction.
