On July 29, 2020, Don Bosco Tech Society (DB Tech) arranged a guest lecture on the basics of excel, excel formulas, and graphic charts for the trainees of the data entry domain. The lecture was given by Ms. Harvinder Kaur (Trainer of Ashima Foundation Nalagarh) . She gave us insight into the use of MS Office. The tools like the mathematical functions in excel, formulas, graphs, data validation, and pivot tables were taught in excel.

Her explanation and personal attention to every student made concepts easy for us to understand. During her session, our trainees come to know that excel plays a vital role incorporate. All trainees had great fun attending her lecture.

The concluding speech was given by Sunil Kumar (Center Coordinator DB Tech, Nalagarh) with a strong emphasis on a skill that comes from practice. He thanked Harvinder Kaur for her guest lecture.
