# Report on Awareness Program on Women Empowerment and Cultural Exchange on 23.05.2026
An inspiring awareness program on *Women Empowerment, Courage, Freedom, and Cultural Exchange* was conducted at *Don Bosco Tech, Hospet* with the presence of the Center Head Fr. Arun George, trainers, students, and international volunteers from the Czech Republic — **Ms. Petra* and *Ms. Johanna*.
The session aimed to encourage students, especially young women, to confidently explore opportunities, experience different cultures, and contribute positively to society through service and human connection. Ms. Petra and Ms. Johanna shared their experiences of visiting different countries, understanding diverse cultures, and the importance of courage, independence, and social responsibility in today’s world.
An interactive sharing session was held where students enthusiastically participated by asking questions and exchanging ideas about culture, education, volunteering, and opportunities abroad. The volunteers emphasized how cultural exchange helps in building friendship, understanding, and unity among people from different countries.
Adding joy and energy to the program, Ms. Petra and Ms. Johanna also taught dance moves to the students and enthusiastically learnt a few Bharatanatyam steps from the students, creating a beautiful moment of cultural bonding and mutual learning.
The Center Head Fr. Arun George and trainers appreciated the meaningful interaction and encouraged students to become confident, courageous, and socially responsible individuals. The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks to the volunteers for their inspiring interaction and valuable contribution.
The session left a positive impact on the students by promoting women empowerment, cultural understanding, global friendship, and confidence among the youth of Don Bosco Tech Hospet.
