On 26-05-2026 Don Bosco Tech Hospet conducted two team building activities, “Group Passing the Ball” and “Triangle Ball,” for students, led by Trainers in the presence of Center Head, with the objective of enhancing concentration, planning, alertness, and team bonding.
In “Group Passing the Ball,” students passed the ball in a circle following changing sequences and rules set by the trainer, which demanded focus, memory, and quick adaptation, while “Triangle Ball” required groups of three to maintain continuous passing under time and rule constraints, testing coordination and collective planning.
The activities showed students that even a small lapse in concentration can affect team performance, that prior planning leads to better results, and that alertness to sudden changes is crucial, with success depending on clear communication, trust, and mutual support.
The trainer related the exercises to real-life and workplace scenarios, emphasizing that team recovery after mistakes is more important than individual speed, and at the end trainers appreciated the students’ enthusiasm and active participation, encouraging them to apply these skills in training and daily life for better teamwork.
