On 04 November 2025, as part of the 20-year celebration of Don Bosco Tech Society, the JVS Palda center launched a deeply inspiring initiative titled 20 Stories of Change. This unique series was designed to celebrate transformation by showcasing the real-life journeys of twenty alumni whose lives have been shaped through skill training, value-based education, and employment support provided by the center.

The initiative brought together both past and present trainees, who shared their personal stories through video, creating a powerful narrative of growth, resilience, and achievement. Each story reflected a journey of determination—individuals who began with limited opportunities and went on to build meaningful careers across diverse trades such as electrician, tailoring, hospitality, and computer skills.

What made the initiative truly impactful was the authenticity and emotion behind each story. Alumni spoke with pride and gratitude, reflecting on how the skills they acquired not only transformed their professional paths but also instilled confidence and self-reliance. Their willingness to share their experiences carried a deeper purpose—to inspire others and encourage more young individuals to pursue skill-based training as a pathway to a better future.

The series served as a reminder that behind every trained individual is a story of change, effort, and aspiration. It highlighted the far-reaching impact of Don Bosco Tech Society in empowering youth and building sustainable livelihoods.

The 20 Stories of Change initiative stood out as a meaningful and emotional highlight of the 20-year celebrations, leaving a lasting impression on all who engaged with it. It not only celebrated success but also inspired hope, reinforcing the belief that with the right guidance and opportunities, transformation is always possible.
