To enhance the skills of Trainees, to improve the extra knowledge about the workplace, the virtual guest lecture was taken place in the center of Don Bosco Tech Karunapuram, Telangana. Virtual guest lecture conducted by the guest called Miss. Deepthi Santi, working as a sales associate in Heritage Fresh, dated   January 5, 2021.Miss. Deepthi Santi, our past trainee of Phase-10, working as a Sales executive in Heritage fresh, Hyderabad. She has experience in the Retail field. She started lecturing on giving some guidelines for securing the job and insisting on grooming an employee at the store. She also started with the roles and responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate, in the retail sector. The first key responsibility of CSA is facing all the products, keeping in order according to the sections divided by the store, to attract the customers every day. Because when a customer enters into the store or mart if products would be in an improper way, they may not feel to shop in that particular store or mart.

She also said that according to the customer needs we must know how to satisfy the customers, and enthusiastically make them purchase the more products which mean, they may not know the offers and discounts properly arrives in store. Miss. Deepthi explained how to handle the customers at the billing counter, and how to use the Credit and debit cards at the billing counter. She said, “The experience takes you to high levels in the Retail Industry”. In the end, she shared her journey with Don Bosco Tech training center and how, this society helped her to reach the destination to help her parents and be in a satisfying life by earning an amount. Finally, The Online guest lecture program was really useful to trainees, to get great hope about placements by listening to the experienced words from an experienced person.
