Mr. Kumar captivated the audience with his discourse on the pivotal role of a Customer Service Associate (CSA) in retail. Emphasizing the significance of product presentation, he underscored how a well-arranged display can entice customers and enhance their shopping experience. Furthermore, he delved into the meticulous process of product stocking, stressing the importance of monitoring expiry dates and maintaining inventory integrity.
