On December 18, 2024, Don Bosco Tech-Karunapuram proudly launched its new batch of Customer Care Executive (Domestic Non-Voice) trainees, enrolling 27 eager students ready to embark on a transformative journey into the customer service industry. The event commenced with an engaging and heartfelt welcome song by the trainees, setting an uplifting tone for the day. Center Head, Rev. Sr. Princy Joseph, addressed the gathering with a compelling speech that underscored the pivotal role of customer care in today’s competitive and ever-evolving business environment.
