On October 9, 2020, Don Bosco Tech Society orchestrated a dynamic virtual placement orientation program tailored for aspiring Sales Associates. This engaging session was spearheaded by Mrs. Manpreet Kaur, the adept Cluster Coordinator, and Mr. Jatinder Singh, a seasoned Trainer specializing in Sales Associate training. 

Mrs. Manpreet Kaur kicked off the session by elucidating the pivotal objectives and pressing needs behind such an initiative. With finesse, she delved into the intricacies of motivation, illustrating how resistance to change in oneself could render individuals susceptible to the whims of external forces.
