On Nov 3, 2020, Don Bosco Tech Society Gurdaspur organized Guest Lecture on "Sales and Marketing”. It was an interactive virtual Guest lecture. Mr. Ramandeep (Centre Coordinator), Mr. Jatinder Singh & Mr. Harmanpreet Singh (Trainer) also participated in this session. Mr. Ramandeep Singh Introduced the Guest. Mr. Rohit Production Leader in Adobe India at Delhi.

He has vast experience of more than Seven Years of handling reputed Companies like United Airline (MNC), Barclays as Senior Sales Team Leader. He shares his experience with trainees. The session started with a brief introduction to sales and marketing as a job profile. He shared many inside stories which helped students to learn the facts. He explain related to marketing how they attracted their customers and what are strategies they were using at the time of sales. He shared many Adobe India Marketing Strategies, the importance of re-positioning, the importance of 4 P’s, Team, Leadership, Time Management Then he explained the usage of packaging and promotion as a whole which gives a major impact to the trainees. He explains the difference between Sales and Marketing to trainees.

He also described how to interact with the customers and try to understand their needs. In the session with keen interest and raised questions about how to make a career in the field of sales. In the end, He responded to the questions of students who were very enthusiastic and energetic throughout the session.
